Well, there is no direct way to find out the Groups you are added. So, if you are curious to find out your WhatsApp Group list, keep reading.
Step 1: Use any tool to send WhatsApp message yourself.

Step 2: Open the profile you have received message from.
Once, you send message to yourself, open the Profile. WhatsApp will treat this as new number and will display a profile just as it shows for other persons. Also, it will list the Groups those are common between You and that new number (again you).
Considering, you only are the new member, it will allow you to find groups common between you.
Using this trick, you can find the list of Groups number in two steps.
